I just got possession of my 3BHK in Mohali a couple of months back, aur honestly, the final bill was way more than the agreement price. Builder ne jo quote kiya tha, usmein stamp duty, registration, parking, aur jo PLC / floor rise lagaya, sab add hokar bahut zyada ho gaya. Koi Mahindra Lifespaces Sector 86 mein property dekh raha hai, toh what's the real total acquisition cost you're looking at? Also, construction-linked payment plans versus a bigger down payment – which one works out smarter for investors here? I went with CLP, but ab lagta hai maybe a one-shot payment could've given me more negotiation leverage. Kya builders spot discounts dete hain for quick payments?
