Does Mahindra Luminare actually deliver on livability for its price? I'm looking at it for my first home, honestly, the budget is a stretch. Brochure pics look amazing, but are the amenities truly functional day-to-day, or just for show? My parents keep saying such high-end projects are often just about status. What about noise levels or air quality there? Is it genuinely a good home, or just good on paper? Ab samajh nahi aa raha if it's worth it.

Ek toh itne expensive projects, upar se maintenance charges bhi sky-high hote hain. Pehle ghar khareedo, phir zindagi bhar EMI aur maintenance bharte raho.

Yaar, I visited their sales office. Amenities mein rooftop pool, concierge service, aur private elevators ki baat kar rahe the. Sounded super luxurious. Aajkal Gurugram market mein prices waise hi inflated hain, especially for these luxury segments. ₹5.9 Cr mein aapko Baliawas ya Basai side mein independent floor mil jayega, thoda adjust karo toh. Yeh toh purely investment ya status ke liye hai.
Bhai, private elevator maintenance bhi toh alag se charge hota hai. Woh bhi budget mein add karo.
Mere neighbour ne ek high-end project liya tha Badshahpur ke paas. Brochure mein sab kuch tha, but actual mein gym chhota, pool maintenance issue, security guards change hote rehte hain. Unhone bola noise insulation bhi utni acchi nahi hai. So, just like your parents said, status symbol hi ban ke reh gaya. Luminare mein bhi check karna padega.

Exactly! Aur construction ONGOING hai. RERA numbers toh hain (42 OF 2017, 47 OF 2017, GGM/551/283/2022/26) but delays toh common hain. Mera friend Airport Road side ek project mein phasa hai, 2 saal late ho gaya.
Sahi kaha! Aur possession date 2026-08-01 hai, abhi se itna paisa daalna? Kya guarantee hai ki time pe milega? Gurgaon mein kitne projects delay hote hain.
