Honestly, I thought being in real estate myself would make buying easier. But looking at Mahindra Luminare, I'm genuinely confused about maintenance charges. They quote X amount, but what's the *actual* service quality post-possession? Is the clubhouse really used daily, or just a showpiece that adds to the EMI? I've seen too many projects where promised amenities become ghost facilities. Does anyone genuinely find value in those high maintenance fees for Mohali projects, especially for investment? Or is it just another way to inflate property value?
