Mahindra Luminare — this project keeps coming up for me in Mohali. Fed up of renting yaar, finally taking the plunge. EMI vs rent math is killing me. Is it genuinely good to live in daily, ya bas brochure pe hi accha hai? The carpet area looks decent on paper, but actual layout kitna efficient hai for families? Especially the bigger 3BHKs, do they feel spacious? Also, community vibe kaisi hai wahan? Friendly hai ya thoda isolated feel hota hai? Not sure if it's worth the premium.
