Mahindra Luminare's premium tag doesn't guarantee a practical family home.
Did a site visit to Mahindra Luminare last Saturday. Honestly, my current 2BHK is feeling really small now that the kids are growing up, so we're looking for a bigger, safer place. The price range (₹5.93 Cr se upar) is a big jump, so I really want to be sure it’s worth it for a family home, not just an investment. The layouts looked decent in the show flat, but sometimes carpet area efficiency isn't what it seems on paper, especially for actual family use. My wife's priority is a practical layout for the kids, and good schools nearby. Is the project genuinely good to live in daily, ya sirf brochure mein hi acha hai? Aur project delivery ke time pe kya issues aate hain high-end projects mein? Builder ka track record kaisa hai for timely possession and actual quality? Not sure if the premium is justified for our family needs.

Totally agree with you, OP! Hum bhi yahi soch rahe hain. My budget is around 3 Cr, and even that feels like a stretch for a 3BHK in a good area. This ₹5.93 Cr+ tag for Luminare just sounds insane for a *family home*. Investment ke liye toh theek hai, but daily living ke liye itna paisa daalna aur phir bhi practicality na mile, toh kya faayda? Especially jab kids hain, you need space, good air, and safe play areas. Brochure mein sab acha lagta hai, but ground reality mein kaafi issues aate hain. I'
