₹8500 per month maintenance at Mahira Homes 88B. Moved in just 3 months ago, and honestly, the lifts already feel shaky. Builder ne bola tha top-notch quality, but daily use mein it's a concern. Water supply ka bhi yahi haal hai, lagta hai tanker pe depend hona padega. Everyone glorifies fancy amenities, but nobody talks about how basic infrastructure issues like these actually kill investor confidence and tenant attraction. Resale value pe toh seedha impact aayega. Change my mind.

Yaar, this is exactly what scares me about Mahira. My cousin's friend booked a flat with them in Sector 95 a few years back, and construction quality was always a huge question mark. ₹8500 per month for maintenance when the lifts are already shaky? That's daylight robbery, especially when possession is still so far off. Builder log bas marketing mein paise lagate hain, actual quality pe koi dhyan nahi deta. This will definitely affect resale, kaun lega aise project mein jahan basic cheezein bhi theek nahi?
