Possession was in March for my Mahira Homes 88B flat. Snagging list is real – small cracks, some seepage after rain. Builder ka construction quality after handover kitna impact karta hai resale pe? Tenant attraction mein bhi dikkat aati hai kya? How do you guys handle these post-possession issues?

28L mein Gurugram mein toh kuch nahi milta ab. Kya ye price per sqft itna low hai ya ye total price hai? Total price hi hoga na?
