Site visit pe toh sab accha lagta hai, but is it genuinely good for daily living? Matlab, amenities ka kya scene hai? Gym, club house, kids play area... are they actually usable ya sirf showpiece hain? Maintenance kitna aata hai phir? Aur neighborhood ka bhi batao, schools, hospitals, markets paas mein hain kya? Honestly, Cyber City se commute bhi ek factor hai. Not sure if this price point will get me something truly livable long-term. Any residents or people who've visited, please share your real experiences. Kya yeh investment worth it hai for end-use?

Haan, bilkul sahi kaha. Mera cousin ne Basai mein book kiya tha kuch saal pehle, same builder, aur abhi tak possession nahi mila. Amenities ka toh poocho mat, swimming pool banaya hi nahi hai. ₹28L for 1BHK in 88B is tempting, but for that price, you might find something slightly older but established near Badshahpur with better connectivity and ready amenities. Don't fall for the 'new project' hype blindly. Always check RERA status and builder history properly.
Totally agree with you, bhai. Mahira ka track record thoda shaky hai. Many projects get delayed, aur fir amenities bhi compromise ho jaati hain. Maintenance bhi sky-high hota hai sometimes. I'd be super careful, don't just go by the initial price.
