After 35 years in our big house, moving to Daniya Azad Residency seems like a good fit for us empty nesters. But I'm really worried about maintenance charges vs actual services. Also, are the elevators reliable? My wife has knee issues, so that's crucial. What's the real ground reality for these things there? Is it value for money?

Greater Noida mein property lena ab risky ho gaya hai, especially re-sale market mein. Daniya Azad Residency ki 2017 possession hai, toh ab secondary market mein hi milegi. Current market conditions mein buyers bahut cautious hain. Maintenance charges aur builder ka post-possession support bahut important ho gaya hai. Sirf price dekh ke mat lo, long-term costs bhi dekho. Bahut saare projects mein builder ne promises poore nahi kiye hain, aur RERA bhi har jagah effective nahi hai.
Elevators ki reliability ka issue toh almost har society mein hai. Daniya Azad Residency mein main khud gaya tha ek baar friend ke yahan. Wahan ek lift to band hi padi thi. Aur jo chal rahi thi, usme bhi awaaz aa rahi thi. Aapki wife ke knee issues hain toh definitely yeh ek major red flag hai. Builder ne possession to 2017 mein de diya, but upkeep pe dhyaan nahi diya lagta.

Sometimes they even charge for services not delivered, like generator backup or security. Always check the RWA's financial statements if possible, warna baad mein bahut problem hoti hai.
