1.8 Cr for a 3BHK on Golf Course Extension Road, but I'm worried about the 'hidden costs' sab bolte hain. Kids have moved out, so we don't need such a big place, looking for something manageable. I'm looking at Godrej, M3M, and maybe Emaar projects around there. Kya inka delivery track record sahi hai, ya late karte hain? Aur delivery ke time pe kya-kya extra charges aate hain? I'm trying to figure out the real cost beyond the base price. Also, post-possession maintenance charges kitne reasonable hote hain? I've heard some societies charge a bomb. Any actual resident experiences with these builders on maintenance and hidden charges? We just want a peaceful, low-maintenance life. Not sure if these big names are worth the premium.

Yaar, you've hit the nail on the head. I'm also looking at 3BHKs in the same area, maybe a little smaller, and the base price itself is scary. But everyone keeps warning about these 'extra charges'. My biggest fear is getting stuck with a huge maintenance bill every month that I didn't budget for. It feels like a trap sometimes.
