Did anyone else realize how much maintenance charges can inflate *after* possession, even for Godrej Astra? We're downsizing, kids have moved out, so looking for something manageable, but this maintenance math is confusing. Builders initially quote a per sqft rate, but I've found ki usme bohot hidden costs hote hain. Like, separate charges for clubhouse use, parking, or even a 'sinking fund' jo pehle batate nahi hain. Isse toh mera low maintenance cost ka budget bigad jaata hai. What's the real scene with Godrej Astra's maintenance? Does it actually cover everything, ya phir extra kharche nikalte rehte hain?
