Maintenance costs for fancy amenities: Real value or waste?
Did a site visit to Genesis Buildcon last week. Honestly, yeh fancy clubhouses bas show-off hain, yaar. Everyone glorifies them, but nobody talks about the maintenance charges for facilities hardly anyone uses. Kids have moved out, I just want a peaceful flat. Matlab, ghost gym ka kya faayda? Change my mind.

Totally agree with you! Hum jaise first-time buyers ke liye toh yeh sab extra burden hi lagta hai. My budget is already stretched thin, aur upar se yeh 5-star amenities ka kharcha. Kya fayda jab use hi na ho? It's a big worry for me.
