Maintenance shocker after moving to Residency Road

₹15,000 maintenance bill last month, yaar, for my new 3BHK near Residency Road. Jab Prestige Group se flat liya, builder ne jo bola tha aur actual bill mein bohot farak hai. Turns out, electricity backup aur water tanker charges alag se hain, that too per unit basis, not just flat rate. Nobody really tells you this upfront. This was a major hidden cost I discovered post-possession. Always ask for a detailed breakdown of all charges beyond the base maintenance, especially for water and power. Otherwise, bilkul budget bigad jaata hai. Anyone else face similar surprises? Hope this helps someone.
