Kids have moved out, so we sold our big house, hoping for a manageable flat. Maitri Apartments looked good, but after paying booking, I heard the RWA hiked maintenance charges by 30% last year! Yeh toh bilkul misleading hai. Is this common for completed projects? How do people manage such sudden increases?
