Maitri Apartments: Kids' play area just for show?

4 months in Maitri Apartments, and the kids' play area is a joke. They showed us big plans for a safe, modern play zone. What we got? Broken swings and rusty slides. My 5-year-old can't even use it safely. It's clearly just a 'tick-off' amenity. Anyone else facing this with builders? What did you do?
