Maitri Apartments: My investor dilemma on construction quality
Was supposed to decide by last month but I'm still confused about New Delhi projects. Maitri Apartments mein invest karne ka soch raha hoon but construction quality ko lekar thoda nervous hoon. Site visits pe kya dekhte hain log? Builders ka track record kaise check karte hain for long-term issues like cracks or seepage? I mean, as an investor, I'm thinking about resale value aur future maintenance costs. Agar quality achhi nahi hui toh tenant attraction bhi mushkil hoga na? Also, sometimes amenities look great on paper but what about their actual build quality? Does a fancy clubhouse really justify a premium if it's poorly maintained later? Any tips on what to inspect during under-construction visits for real quality? I had no idea it was this complex. Any advice for a first-time investor?
