Maitri Apartments keeps coming up in my search. I'm in real estate, so I know how builders spin things, but buying for myself is different. I need honest opinions on daily livability. Amenities ka kya scene hai? Are the gym and club actually maintained and useful, ya just for OC? What about the neighbourhood? Schools, markets kitne paas hain? Is the community vibe friendly?
