Maitri Apartments: Power backup and water reality?

₹1.2 crore for a 3BHK at Maitri Apartments, seen a few units. I work in real estate but buying for myself is totally different; I know the usual marketing spin. What's the real deal with power backup there? Is it actually full flat or just common areas? Honestly not sure if full backup is a myth or reality. Also, water supply reliability – is tanker dependency an issue, or is it genuinely robust? Don't want to get stuck after possession with these basics.
