Majestique Signature Towers A2

Since January I've been eyeing Majestique Signature Towers A2 as an investment. I'm based in Dubai, so ground truth on construction quality is crucial. Heard horror stories about cracks and seepage appearing after just a year in other Pune projects. Do those fancy clubhouses actually get used, or are they just for show? I need to know if the maintenance charges reflect real service. Does poor quality kill resale value or tenant appeal? Anyone bought here, what's the real deal post-possession?
