Making Good Happen needs better transparency.
Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is for a first-timer. Mohali mein property dekh raha hoon, mostly Sector 7 area mein. Budget hai around 70-80L for a 2/3 BHK. Making Good Happen ka ek project dekha hai, show flat toh sahi laga. I'm also considering one resale option nearby. But site visit pe kya kya dekhoon beyond the aesthetics? Builder log toh sab acha hi batate hain, aur resale mein broker. What are the silent red flags during a site visit for either? Like, water pressure, cell reception, construction quality ki signs? Ya fir surrounding development ka future kya hai? Pura process itna overwhelming hai, samajh nahi aa raha kaise shortlist karoon. Koi tips, especially first-time buyers ke liye, in terms of what questions to ask or things to check?

Making Good Happen? Inka track record utna accha nahi suna maine. Possession mein delay karte hain. Did you check their RERA status for this specific project? Bahut important hai, especially in Mohali.
Totally relate! Mere friend ka bhi inke project mein issue hua tha near Airport Road (Gurgaon side). Unhone toh RERA complaint bhi file ki thi. Promises bahut karte hain, deliver kuch aur. Mohali mein bhi same strategy hogi, toh buyer beware! Unka flat 2 saal late mila
