Malibu Town prices are just for the address, not the value.

₹2.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Malibu Town? Honestly, samajh nahin aata. Kids have moved out, I'm looking for something manageable, low maintenance. But the prices here feel so inflated, just for the 'Malibu Town' tag. Okay, I'll say what no one says – RWA charges are crazy high, aur for what? Roads are still not great in some internal pockets, and water supply issues pop up in summers. People glorify its established feel, but daily amenities sometimes feel… dated? Is it really worth paying a premium just to say you live here? Not sure if that 'community feel' justifies this much. Change my mind.
