Honestly not sure if I played my cards right with the payment plan for my Salarpuria Sattva flat in Malkajgiri. Just got possession and I'm wondering if a construction-linked plan was smarter than the upfront discount I took. Did anyone get better terms, like a deferred payment till possession? Felt a bit rushed by the broker. What's your experience?

Bhai, you're not alone! These brokers always push for upfront payments for 'better discounts'. Happened to me in Ameerpet also. Later realized the so-called discount was barely 2-3% more than what others got with construction-linked. Did you get a substantial discount at least? Otherwise, it feels like a trick.
Exactly! Mera bhi same experience. My discount was hardly 2.5%. Not worth the interest paid on the loan for nothing.
