Malkajgiri residents: what's the real deal with prices and daily life?

Moved into my 3BHK in Malkajgiri last month and honestly, the property prices here are a bit of a head-scratcher. Paid around ₹95L, which felt steep. I'm wondering if others found any negotiation room or if builders just stick to their initial quote? Daily life's been okay, but the traffic near ECIL X Roads is a real pain. Things nobody tells you, right? Also, water supply is mostly municipal, but borewell dependency is higher than I thought. What's your experience been like here?
