Possession was in March for my 2BHK in Malleshwaram, and honestly, I'm already regretting it. The RWA corpus fund details are absurd. We just got hit with a demand for nearly ₹2.5L extra for a 'sinking fund' not in the brochure. It's ridiculous. I thought Malleshwaram was a safe bet for appreciation, but this makes me wonder if it's already peaked. Is it still a good investment, or just overhyped now? Are other areas offering better value without these hidden surprises? Anyone else face similar issues after moving in?
