Mamurdi's Metro Phase 2 is the last affordable chance

Was supposed to decide by last month but Mamurdi mein Pune Metro Phase 2 ka impact dekh raha tha. Found kuch smaller projects, thoda off main road, still have 3BHK options under ₹1.1 Cr. Kolte-Patil ya Godrej toh budget ke bahar. Lagta hai good investment window hai. Future school plans kaise check karein, any tips?

Bhai, you're not wrong! I've been eyeing Mamurdi too. After the metro news, prices have definitely seen a bump but still manageable compared to, say, Akurdi. My biggest worry is the actual development speed of these 'smaller projects'. Builder ka track record check karne ke liye koi reliable source hai kya? Aur school plans ke liye, best way is to check the PMC development plan for that specific zone, usually public domain mein mil jaata hai.
