posted on 10 MayManaging Rajkot investment from abroad, real struggle
Been tracking Rajkot for a while now, looking at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone for an investment. I'm based in Dubai, so can't do a site inspection myself. My main concern is the actual resale market. Agents here paint a rosy picture, but I'm worried about liquidity and hidden costs when selling remotely. What's the real ground situation? Is there an active secondary market, or do properties just sit there? Also, any advice on reliable property managers who won't fleece you? Honestly, trying to manage this from abroad is a headache.

Bhai, tumhari concern bilkul valid hai. Rajkot mein resale utna easy nahi hota for all projects, especially for flats jo investment ke liye liye gaye hain. Liquidity ka issue toh rehta hi hai. Agents toh hamesha sab acha hi bolenge, but real picture kuch aur hoti hai.
Sahi kaha aapne, Rajkot mein har area ka apna scene hai. Krishna Kunj jaise established areas mein
