Visited a couple projects in Manesar last Saturday. Honestly, not sure if the current pricing justifies the long-term ROI anymore. I've seen this pattern before; initial high CAGR slows down post-infrastructure push. Kya Manesar ka peak aa gaya hai? Ya koi specific sector/project abhi bhi good value de raha hai?
