Manesar projects: true cost is never the quote
Been looking for a 3BHK in Gurgaon since last Diwali and it's just wild. My wife's priority is a good school nearby and somewhere safe for the kids, so we're eyeing areas like Sector 1A Manesar. We saw a Yashika Real Estate project there, seemed decent for around ₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK. But honestly, the all-in cost breakdown is confusing. Builders quote one price, then you hear about stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, club membership, all these extra charges. I'm worried about hidden costs, especially those that pop up right before possession. Is it common for builders to surprise you with huge demands at the end? What should I specifically ask about upfront to avoid this? Any experiences with Yashika or projects in Manesar? Really need to know what the true total spend is before committing.
