My wife and I have been looking for a 3BHK for months now, especially with kids' school admission coming up. We initially thought about Manesar but got really confused by the price jumps. It seems like the new expressway and road upgrades have really pushed prices up there, matlab, some pockets shot up crazy. Is that just perception or has the infrastructure actually impacted ROI for those who bought earlier? We're worried about overpaying for safety and a good neighbourhood. Any thoughts on which specific sectors within Manesar benefited most from these developments? Or is it too late to get a good deal?

Bhai, you're not alone! Hum bhi Manesar dekh rahe the for a 3BHK, but prices have shot up like crazy. Jo area 2 saal pehle affordable lag raha tha, ab toh budget se bahar hai. Lagta hai infrastructure ne sab game badal diya. But is it sustainable? Ya sirf hype hai?
Sustainability is the big question. My agent told me Sector 8 and 9 Manesar have seen genuine demand from industrial workers and families because of better connectivity
