Landlord hiked rent again, I'm done. Finally taking the plunge, EMI vs rent makes sense. Looking at Manesar, but prices seem really high. Last 1-2 years mein kaafi badhe hain na? Is it worth buying now, or better to wait? Not sure if current rates are sustainable. What's the general vibe?
