With the kids settled, our big house is almost sold, so we're eyeing Sohna for a smaller 2BHK. Heard new road connectivity really boosted Manesar. Which specific pockets saw the most price jump due to this? Are 2BHKs around ₹75L justified there? We need something with an elevator, low maintenance, and good hospital access for our age. Any society recommendations?

Dekho, Manesar mein price jump hua hai, but it's very specific to certain pockets closer to the highway. Baharampur Naya aur Basai ke paas wale areas mein shayad thoda sense banta hai. But the issue is, many projects are still under construction or delayed. My friend booked a flat near Badshahpur a few years ago, still waiting for possession. Be very careful with the builder's reputation and RERA status.

I agree with the original post. Road connectivity has definitely made a difference, especially for people working in Gurgaon. But I've been researching, and most of the new projects are by builders with little to no track record. For a 2BHK with an elevator and good amenities, ₹75L seems like you'd be getting something from a very new developer. Kisi ko Paramount Associates ke baare mein pata hai kya? Unka naam bohot aa raha hai ads mein.
Manesar ka hype toh bahut hai, no doubt. Connectivity improve hui hai, but ₹75L for a 2BHK wahan? Thoda over-the-top lag raha hai for first-time buyers like us. Hum bhi budget-conscious hain. Kya sach mein utni value hai wahan ki properties ki?
True, true. Airport Road se bhi connectivity better hui hai, but Manesar is still Manesar. Plus, good hospitals and low maintenance societies are hard to find in that budget. Builders wahan pe bas basic amenities dete hain.
Exactly! Sirf connectivity se price jump itna kaise ho sakta hai? Mujhe bhi doubt hai.
