Manesar's "peaceful living" claims are totally misleading.

I've been digging into Manesar for a 2BHK, seeing prices around ₹90L, which seems attractive. But my research shows water supply is a huge headache there, often tanker-dependent. Also, the power cuts are apparently more frequent than most areas in Gurgaon. Is this true for daily life? I'm trying to figure out if these hidden infrastructure issues negate the lower property cost. From my experience, these things kill long-term peace of mind. What's the real ground reality for residents? Any tips to mitigate these?
