Projects this cheap in Ghaziabad always have a hidden cost, I'm almost sure of it. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 5, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa eventually, but Manglam Homes - 1 is showing ₹10.73 L. It's completed and the price seems insane. What are the real living conditions like? I'm talking actual daily life, noise, air quality, not just what's on paper. Is it genuinely livable for that price or are there major compromises? Also, what are the maintenance charges like for something this affordable? I'm trying to figure out if it's even a viable option for a small investment or maybe for my parents, but I'm worried about unknown issues.
