₹90 lakh for a 3BHK in Manimajra, Chandigarh – is this a fair price for an investor? I'm based in Dubai and can't do site visits, so ground reality is key. Kya wahan investment potential sahi hai, for say 3-5 years? Resale market kaisa hai, will it be easy to exit if needed? Legal clarity aur builder track record bahut important hai mere liye, especially since I'll manage remotely. Koi hidden costs ya legal issues hain kya jo pata hone chahiye?

Bhai, 90 lakh for Manimajra 3BHK sounds steep. Unless it's a very prime society with top-notch amenities, I'd be super careful. Resale isn't as liquid there compared to say, Mohali, especially at that price point. Hidden costs are always a thing, usually maintenance and society charges that nobody tells you about upfront, and they add up fast.
