Manimajra: Is the upgrade worth it?
Did a site visit to a couple of projects in Manimajra last weekend, looking for a 3BHK upgrade from my Sector 44 2BHK. Honestly, the prices for a 3BHK, like ₹90L+, feel a bit much considering some ground realities. Everyone glorifies Manimajra's established feel and connectivity, but nobody talks about the actual monsoon situation. I saw some waterlogging pics from last year, and it looked bad. Is the drainage really that poor or was it just an anomaly? I'm already carrying a home loan, so an upgrade should be worth it, right? What’s the resale market like if these infrastructure issues persist? Should I be worried about long-term appreciation if basic civic amenities are iffy? Change my mind.
