Yaar, ye toh common story hai. Omaxe ka Manimajra project toh waise bhi kaafi delayed tha. Builder hamesha last minute pe extra charges laga dete hain. Same cheez mere cousin ke saath hui thi Mullanpur Garibdass mein ek dusre project mein.

Totally agree, U1! Yeh PLC aur parking ka drama toh standard hai. Kahan se aate hain yeh charges suddenly? It's so frustrating for first-time buyers like us.
