₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Manimajra feels steep, yaar. Everyone glorifies its location, par nobody talks about if these prices are justified for families. My wife ki priority hai kids ki safety, especially shaam ko internal roads pe. Also, ache schools mein admission milna toh ek alag hi jung hai. Are we paying so much just for the Chandigarh tag? Mujhe lagta hai 'family-friendly' vibe sirf upar-upar se hai. Change my mind.

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! Manimajra ka hype toh bohot hai, but jab ground reality dekho toh it's not always matching up. We also looked there, 1.5 Cr for a 3BHK felt like a stretch for what you get. Schools are a huge concern for us too.
Exactly! And the resale value? I heard some projects there are struggling to get good appreciation. Is that true for everyone?
