Since the kids moved out last year, we're finally selling our big house. Honestly, don't need such a huge place anymore; want something manageable for retirement. We're looking at Manisha Marvel Homes in Noida Extension. It's completed, which is a big relief. Price looks okay after our current property's resale. Those who live there, how's the actual daily life? Is it genuinely a good home, ya sirf brochures mein achha lagta hai? Community kaisa hai, friendly vibe hai kya? We want a peaceful society. Also, hospitals and general markets kitne paas hain? For older folks like us, maintenance, security, lift service – all that matters. Any hidden issues? Not sure if it's the right fit. Bhai, Manisha Marvel Homes? Naam sunte hi thoda darr lagta hai. My friend booked with this builder a few years back for another project near Alpha I Greater Noida, aur unko possession milne mein 2 saal late ho gaya tha. Completed bol rahe hain, which is good, but check the quality of construction and common areas very carefully. Often, 'completed' means just enough to get OC, but finishing touches are poor. Especially for older folks, you don't want constant maintenance headaches. Price range ₹2.0 Cr – ₹2.4 Cr for Noida Extension seems a bit high, no?
