Manya Elite investment: RERA status ki confusion
Did a site visit to Manya Elite on Saturday. Fed up of renting yaar, finally thinking of buying. Property toh completed hai, but I'm worried about the RERA status and legalities. Is everything clear? What's the scene with OC/CC? For investment, these things matter a lot for future exit.

Manya Elite? Bro, be super careful. Builder ka reputation thoda shady hai. Completed toh bolte hain, but OC/CC ka bahut issue rehta hai inke projects mein. Ek friend ne bahut phasa hai inke saath Adigara Kallahalli mein.
@U1 Exactly! Mera bhi ek relative phasa tha, same builder. Paperwork mein bahut locha karte hain. First-time buyer ke liye yeh sab bahut scary hota hai.
