My current flat feels too small for the kids now, so I'm seriously looking at Mapsko Aspr Hills. The brochures look great, but I'm worried about the actual daily life experience there. For us, a good community vibe and good schools nearby are super important. Is the neighbourhood really safe for children to play freely? Also, I heard a tip that checking a builder's past RERA filings for other projects can reveal a lot about their delivery timelines and amenity promises. Has anyone done this for Mapsko? Matlab, unke previous projects ka RERA compliance kitna strong tha, especially regarding promised amenities versus actual delivery? It helps gauge if Aspr Hills will be genuinely livable ya bas paper pe acha hai. Kya society mein residents ka experience acha hai? Any advice on verifying these things firsthand? Maine bhi suna hai builders ka track record bahut important hai. Especially for a project with a 2027 possession date. Koi bata sakta hai kya Mapsko ke previous projects ka RERA compliance kaisa raha hai, especially on amenity delivery? Is it worth the risk?
