Visited Mapsko Aspr Hills last weekend, and it felt pretty peaceful. Kids have moved out, toh ab ek chhota, manageable flat chahiye. Yeh project ₹3.24-4.09 Cr mein hai, which is fine, but I'm thinking about its long-term value. Kya Gurgaon mein iss area ki price trend stable hai ya achhi appreciation degi? Matlab, if we need to sell after 10-15 years, will it hold its value? Society mein elderly ke liye facilities kaisi hain? Lift system reliable hai kya? Aur hospitals kitne paas hain? Daily life ke liye kaisa hai? Maintenance cost kitni aati hai monthly? Any residents here, please share your thoughts. Is it genuinely a good place to settle down?

Bhai, Mapsko Aspr Hills sounds good for peace, but ₹3.2 Cr to ₹4.1 Cr is a big investment, especially for a 'manageable flat'. I'm also a first-time buyer looking in Gurgaon and the appreciation part is my biggest worry. I saw some projects near Badshahpur, price appreciation has been slow there. Is this area different?
