Mapsko Gardenia Sohna: Real resident reviews needed

After 25 years in our big Gurugram house, we're finally downsizing. Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place anymore. Looking at a 2BHK in Sohna, specifically Mapsko Gardenia. My main concern is construction quality and amenities. Brochure mein toh sab achha lagta hai – clubhouse, gym, green areas. Par actual delivery mein kitna farak hota hai? Jo promised amenities hain, are they really usable ya bas show ke liye hain? Aur construction quality kaisi hai? Cracks, seepage, fittings ke issues ka kitna problem aata hai after a year or two? Also, maintenance charges kitne hain aur service kaisi milti hai? Value for money hai ya sirf bill aata hai? Koi actual residents hain Mapsko Gardenia mein? Thoda real experience share kar sakte ho? Confused hoon yaar.
