Mapsko Gardenia's amenities are mostly for show, change my mind.

Since last Diwali, I've been seriously looking for a 3BHK or villa upgrade. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 70, Mohali, and thinking of moving to Mapsko Gardenia. Prices seem high, but the amenities look good on paper. Honestly, is it genuinely good for daily living, ya sirf dikhane ke liye? Especially interested in the actual usability of amenities and the society ka vibe. Is the community friendly or too isolated? Not sure if the price jump is worth it for the actual experience. Already have a home loan, so EMI will be a big factor.
