Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — but Sohna mein Ahuja 4 aur Mapsko Mount Ville mein se kaunsa choose karu, samajh nahi aa raha. Both are completed projects. Site visit pe gaya, brochure mein price toh dekhi, but real 'all-inclusive' cost ka idea nahi mil raha. Broker bolte hain sab transparent hai, but mujhe lagta hai ki PLC, infra charges, maintenance deposit, sab add karke total cost bohot upar chali jaati hai. Jo price dikhate hain, woh toh bas base hoti hai, right? Kitna extra expect karna chahiye per sqft? Dono builders ka post-possession services ke liye reputation kaisa hai? Aur ek cheez jo tension de rahi hai, woh hai investor vs end-user ratio. I don't want a ghost town society, yaar. Mapsko mein zyada families dikhi, Ahuja 4 thoda empty laga. Kya ye sirf mera perception hai ya sach mein investor holdings zyada hain wahan? Koi real resident experience share kar sakta hai?
Mapsko Mount Ville ka real capital appreciation kitna raha hai since launch? I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 57, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Is the price jump worth it? Resale market kitna active hai, ghost society risk toh nahi?
Honestly, I under-researched daily life. For Mapsko Mount Ville (₹1.85 Cr+), upgrading from my 2BHK, what's the actual living experience? Are amenities truly useful, and is the community friendly?
