Market timing Chandigarh: Even I'm second-guessing things

Okay I'll be honest — I work in real estate but buying for myself is a different ballgame. I'm looking at New Chandigarh or Aerocity, maybe a 3BHK. With the Mohali Airport expansion, everyone says the market's hot. Is Chandigarh still a good investment for 2026-27, or have prices peaked? What's your take on market timing?
