Marshal Green View: Is its 'completed' status a facade?
Everyone glorifies Marshal Green View's completed status, but I'm genuinely skeptical about its daily livability. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 12 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK here, but the price tag for a 'completed' project feels high if it's not genuinely good. What's the real scene with the amenities? Are they actually functional and well-maintained, or just for show like so many other projects? I'm worried about the society vibe too; is it friendly or just people keeping to themselves? My budget is around ₹45L, and I've already got a home loan, so I need this move to be an actual upgrade, not just a bigger space with hidden headaches. Honestly not sure if it's worth the premium over other options. Change my mind.
