Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Greater Noida, Marshal Green View is on my list. As an investor, I'm worried about long-term utility issues. How reliable is the power backup – full flat or just common areas? And what's the real water supply situation? Does tanker dependency affect tenant attraction or resale?
