Marshal Green View mein construction quality ka kya scene hai after 1-2 years? I'm looking at a unit for investment, and honestly, snag list issues can really kill resale value and tenant attraction. Haan bhai, same here. My cousin bought in Alpha I Greater Noida around that time, and the initial quality seemed fine, but then maintenance issues started cropping up after 3-4 years. Marshal Green View ka price range (41-46L) is okay for a first-time buyer, but not if it's a money pit later. Resale value will definitely take a hit.
