Mass Build visit: water supply reality check
Visited Mass Build Well Livin' Life last weekend. Fed up of renting, seriously. Saw the water tank capacity and asked about tanker dependency. Builders often skip details on this, but it's huge for daily life. Are Ghaziabad projects generally good with water supply, or is it a common issue?

Current market mein Ghaziabad mein, especially for a completed project from 2017, the ₹39 L – ₹48 L range for Mass Build Well Livin' Life seems a bit high given the potential water issues. Naye projects mein bhi similar rates mil
I was also considering this project because of the price range (₹39 L – ₹48 L) and the fact that it's completed, so no possession delays. But water is a deal-breaker for me. Did anyone check about the total units? 128 units ke liye water infrastructure kaisa hai? Aur maintenance charges kya hain in this society, does it include water tankers if needed?
Maintenance mein tanker cover nahi hota usually. Mere cousin ne Abhay Khand mein property li thi, wahan bhi paani ka issue tha shuru mein. Society ne khud ka borewell lagwaya baad mein, aur tab jaake thoda relief mila. But it was a long fight with the builder and then the RWA.
U12 is right. Price range ₹39 L – ₹48 L hai, isme maintenance aur upar se tanker ka kharcha bhi add karoge toh budget out ho jayega. Builders ko transparent hona chahiye.
Total units 128 hain, that's not a huge society. Maintenance charges around ₹2.5-3 per sqft the last time I checked. Tanker charges are usually extra.
Mass Build? Be very careful. I've heard mixed reviews about their post-possession services and quality. Water supply toh ek problem hai hi, but also check their overall builder track record for other completed projects. ₹39 L – ₹48 L is a big investment.
Dekho, har builder ke saath thodi problem toh aati hai, especially in a developing area like Ghaziabad. But Mass Build ka toh thoda stable lagta hai ab, considering it's been completed since 2017. Maybe initial issues sorted out?
Kis builder ki baat kar rahe ho U3? Mass Build Well Livin' Life ki ya koi aur project?
Sahi keh rahe ho. Ek friend ne 2017 mein booking ki thi Mass Build ke hi ek project mein, possession date tha 2017-03-01, par kitna late hua tha uska. Builder ne bahut ghumaya, aur finishings bhi average thi. Water issue toh baad mein pata chala. Kabhi kabhi lagta hai builders bas sell kar ke nikal jaate hain.
U1, your concern is super valid. I'm also looking in Ghaziabad and water supply is my top worry after budget. Builders just give vague answers. I checked a project near Achchheja and they had similar issues. It's like a hidden cost they don't tell you about.

Builders often skip details on this, but it's huge for daily life. They said borewell hai, but kya itna sufficient hoga? Are Ghaziabad projects generally good with water supply, or is it a common issue? Especially in older, completed projects like this one (Possession 2017-03-01).
Toh Mass Build mein bhi tanker hi lagte hain kya fir? Budget mein tanker ka kharcha bhi add karna padega lagta hai.
Totally agree with U6! Mere friend ne bhi liya tha Ahinsa Khand II mein, same problem. Tanker pe hi chalta hai unka kaam for drinking water, although daily use ke liye borewell se manage ho jaata hai. But you know, it's an added cost and headache.
Haan bhai, Ghaziabad mein water ka issue common hai, especially in some older societies. Borewell pe pura depend karna risky hai.
