Hey fellow homebuyers, I've been looking closely at Master Classic Residency in Yelahanka, Bengaluru, since it's a completed project and I prefer ready-to-move options. It's built by Master Ventures Pvt. Ltd. and sits on about 2 acres, with 126 units spread across 1.8 acres. Prices are between ₹54.07 Lakh and ₹1.48 Crore, with an average of ₹9,700 per sq. ft. My main interest was the lifestyle here. For a completed project, the amenities are what really define daily life. I'm curious about the actual state of the club facilities and community spaces. Are the swimming pool, gym, and kids' play areas well-maintained and actively used? What about security and daily conveniences? Sometimes, what's promised in brochures for a completed project doesn't always live up to the hype years later. The RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/171014/000350, so it's all official. From an end-user perspective, I'd love to hear from current residents. How's the overall vibe? Is it a lively community or more on the quiet side? For someone considering a move, understanding the real-world livability, beyond just the unit price, is key. Is the premium for a completed project worth it here, considering the upkeep of shared facilities?
Did some online research on Master Classic Residency. Everyone talks about its 'completed' status, but I'll say what no one discusses: is the resale market actually liquid? Dubai se invest kar raha hoon, ghost society ka darr hai. Real rental yield kitna milta hai? Change my mind.
Visited Master Classic Residency on Saturday. It's completed, but I'm wondering about the actual daily living experience there. Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading. How's the community vibe? Are schools and hospitals truly convenient? And what are residents actually paying for maintenance monthly? Is the price jump worth it?
